Yamaha offers a wide range of four-stroke generation outboard engines with horsepower from 2.5 to the very latest 350hp-V8. Their two-stroke models are now only available for commercial use. Starting from 225hp Yamaha uses the 'drive-by-wire' system. Yamaha also has a range of inboard stern drive diesel engines. These are available with a single or duo-prop hydra drive with a power of 165 to 315hp.
